Warranty

If a piece arrives broken or damaged you can return the piece for free until 6 weeks after receiving the order.

This includes:

• Scratches
• Broken clasps or components (for example, if a pendant has fallen off)
• Flattened or deformed jewelry
• If stones have fallen off

If a piece is faulty, please contact info@tasticamsterdam.nl with:

 

• Your order number
• Which item(s) are faulty and the description with pictures of the faulty item.

We will contact you back to handle the order.

Returns

Orders can be returned until 30 days after receiving the order. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free returns. 

The piece must be in the same condition as you received it, with no obvious wear damage.

How to return

Send an email to info@tasticamsterdam.nl with:

• Your order number
• Which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return
• We will send you a return label with a return label. Print the label and attach it on the package over the old label.
